Whenever I take a moment to sit quietly with my thoughts, I often stumble upon a profound realization: disconnection.
Disconnection can creep into our lives subtly, manifesting as a sense of numbness or a lack of joy. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with our true selves, feeling adrift in a sea of responsibilities and expectations. Yet beneath this disconnection lies an innate desire for connection—not just with others, but with our own inner spirit.
